Orders & delivery
How fast is my order shipped?

Orders placed before 14:00 CET on weekdays ship the same day. Delivery within Sweden normally takes 1–3 working days, and 3–6 days elsewhere in the Nordics.
What does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is 49 kr and free on orders over 799 kr. Express is 99 kr.
How do I track my parcel?

You receive a tracking number by email when the parcel leaves our warehouse. You can also look it up on the track your order page.
Returns
How long do I have to return?
+
14 days from receiving your order. The product must be in essentially unchanged condition.
What does a return cost?
+
Return shipping is 59 kr and is deducted from the refund. If the product is faulty we cover the full cost.
When do I get my money back?
+
Within 5–10 banking days after we receive the return, to the payment method you used.
Products & skin
What is GHK-Cu?
+
GHK-Cu is a copper peptide that supports the skin's own collagen production and repair. Our serum contains 2% copper peptide.
How often should I use the serum?
+
Once or twice a day on clean skin, before moisturiser. Start once daily if your skin is sensitive.
When will I see results?
+
Hydration within days, more even tone in 4–6 weeks, and firmness after 8–12 weeks of consistent use.
Can I use it with retinol?
+
Yes, but not in the same layer. Many people use copper peptides in the morning and retinol at night.
Is it vegan?
+
Yes. All our products are vegan and cruelty free.
